Hello People,

I'm Igor (sax player and I just startin' with band leading) so want to hear yours opinions 'bout band leading.
" Leader needs to pick members who will be compatible, and create an environment of mutual respect.
With this in place, the sidemen can relax into a feeling of safety, from which they can explore and take risks without being judged unfairly for mistakes."

What's yours advice?
