i have a swab w/the weight that i pull through the saxophone , but after doing this i find the bottom of the bell of my alto saxophone still moist (or at least it looks moist). i know because every time at the end of playing or practicing i see a small pool of spit that i pour out.

what do you guys do to clean this bottom part?

You won't get every little drop out. Turn the horn over and drain, then run your swab through a couple of times
