Ear training and sight reading

Can anyone recommend good methods for sight reading, and ear training? Are there any good self-study methods available?

I learned my ear training from http://www.good-ear.com/

I allso had the help of a computer program I have (mac only). These resources are great help when it comes to ear training, I am now able to name chords and all that in jazz because of it

As for sight reading, I used a book I got called "H. Klause" to learn how to sight read better. This book takes a simple rhythm and it repeats for a while, just changing notes but staying in the same key. After a while it starts throwing in random accidentals that if you don't play, you will hear you made a mistake. This method helped me, but some of my friends who tried it did not like this method. All so it only helps the reading of accidentals & 8th vs. 16th notes and not differente rhythm signatures.

My school uses two programs for exactly this kind of thing. They're called Musition and Auralia, and I've been using both of them for almost six years. They are an invaluable teaching resource, and they have helped me significantly in music theory, and ear training, respectively. You can find both of them here (there are Mac versions available as well, if you use one):
