Welcome, JordanMusic is so good for body and soul. I am pleased that you have taken up the saxophone. Tenor is great, I am fairly new at it myself, I just got my first tenor in August '05 and play it in a community concert band. My principal instrument is alto sax and I play that in a community marching band. I think if I didn't have music when I was your age, I would be in a women's prison or something bad like that, I would not have gone to USC or college at all, for that matter, because I started as a music major. And now, it is something I can see has passed onto my 3 year old son, who loves my instruments and loves to sing and march around!
Keep your music alive, it will reward you everyday of your life!!!

My husband says he already has nightmares about him someday bashing away on a drum kit in the garage with his friends!!!

hehe my house is just as noisy with 4 guitars, drumkit, pa, sax, bongos, and worst of all my dad! (he's not musical though)
