Noooooooooo!!!I can't belive it. Mr. Yopp left. He resigned. Our BD is no longer OUR BD. He's moving to Florida, to a school where he and Ms. Yopp can both have jobs at the same school. It's all because our Headmaster was giving Mr. Yopp a bunch of crap.. He was bound to quit. But he quit at one of the worst times. We had to cancel our marching rehearsals (scheduled to start July 11th). Now it's even question if we're gonna have band camp!

Nope, dunno who the new bd will be. The headmaster's barely started the search. We only got the official letter in the mail yesterday.
But.. We shall overcome. Hopefully we can get someone as good or better as Mr. Yopp, and with the same sense of humor.

I'm sorry, but IMO, no one would be able to replace my band director. There's just a connection there that can't be replaced.

OMG~I would die if our D ever left. She is the most influential person in my LIFE! She's preparing me for college, and my professional career...I'm soooo sorry for your loss..
