Sheet Music Policy; Adopted 5-30-06This policy prohibits the inquiry or aquirment of free sheet music that includes but is not limited to, full band arrangements, combo arrangements, or publisher issued arrangements that have not been deemed appropriate for free enterprise.
However, free sheet music that is not only legal in terms of law (deemed lawful by publisher or arranger for free enterprise), but also in terms of music, such as simple sax arrangements and sax solos may be acquired or inquired through Forum of the Saxes and it's affiliates.
Websites claiming to provide free sheet music may be posted at Forum of the Saxes only if the site is legitimate and does not violate any codes under United States law or any other country affiliated in the transaction.
This is an official document and violation of this policy WILL result in legal action on behalf of Forum of the Saxes, it's affiliates, and MyFreeForum. Violation of this code could be referred to the legal term known as piracy and is punishable in a court of law. Illegal activites as the such will not take place on this forum without punishment.
All users take heed to this warning, it is effective immediately and Forum of the Saxes and it's staff will not tolerate any violations of this policy.

And, good idea to post this warning. It has probably been posted on SOTW, but most ignore it anyhow.

Actually the policy was derived from my policy on Sax Planet (the nonexistent forum LOL). And thanks Greg but you really didn't need to bump it; I just posted it the other day
