Developing finger speeddoes anyone have any tips on developing finger speed?

Watch yourself practice in the mirror, and force yourself to keep the fat part of your fingertips on the pearls. Always. Don't let your fingers fly.

Uhh...repetiton?
Do some scales and see if they sound clean. Like if you do a D scale make sure you aren't breezing by the C# just because your fingers come off the sax. If they're clean your finger speed is up to date and will only get better with regular practice!
