Saxophone Research PaperFor my senior project, I have to write a research paper, and I decided to write mine over the history of the saxophone. The creation of it and its different types, mainstreaming the instrument, and the styles its used in. The only problem is that our school library has no information on the topic. So, I'm turning to the experts: you guys, my fellow forum members. What are some good books and/or other sources I can use for my research paper?
I guess I should mention that for my senior project, I'm putting together what I'm billing as a "marching saxophone choir". I'm going to write and arrange some music for a "sax line". Does anybody else think that's a cool idea?

After searching "history of the saxophone" on Google, I found A LOT of great articles. http://www.google.com/search?q=hi...amp;rls=en-us&sa=N&tab=iw
Also, checking your local library's computer catalog would be a good idea.
Edit: That c-o-m-p-u-t-e-r "automatic smilie" is really bothering me.
