What are you listening to right now?

I love this topic. Usually post on a similar thread on SOTW whenever I am on. Basically one posts what song(s) they are listening to at the moment. I'll start it off:

Dexter Gordon-"Fried Bananas"
reisio

"On the Sunny Side of the Street"
Dizzy Gillespie, trumpet; Sonny Rollins, tenor sax; Sonny Stitt, tenor sax; Ray Bryant, piano; Tommy Bryant, bass; Charlie Persip, drums
Louis Scuderi

Oh god, not another one... Mr. Green

Cannonball Adderley -"Dat Dere"
from THEM DIRTY BLUES
JazZz

I think I'll break this whole jazz thing you have going down... I'm listening to:

I Write Sins not Tragedy's by Panic! at the Disco

But I do listen to a lot of Jazz..On the Sunny Side of the Street is like the best song out of all the one's you all listed. Do any of you know who did vocals on it?
Louis Scuderi

Count Basie - "A Foggy Day"
from LONG LIVE THE CHIEF
reisio

Ah-Leu-Cha from Miles Davis in Newport (1958). Killer Adderly solo...Cool
Tully

Steve Korn - Points in Time

Steve Korn (a drummer) and everyone else on this album are all Seattle-area players, and they sound fantastic!
Thomas

A Long Time Ago - Camouflage - Bob Mintzer Big Band

It's hard to come by now, but there are a few copies on Amazon.com for as low as 8 bucks. Definitely check it out!

I was also listening to XXL - Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band a little while ago. That may have just become my new favourite big band album. It has such upbeat, funky sounding tunes - I just love it!
Tully

George Garzone - Alone

This has become one of my favorite modern tenor albums. If you haven't heard Garzone play, you are really missing out! He is also featured on another amazing album I was listening to earlier today, Vernal Fields by Ingrid Jensen.
