What are the tonal differences between,a Yanagisawa B901, an Allora baritone saxophone, the YamahaYBS52; and the Keilworth ST90? Do any of them have intonation problems in the mid and upper partials? I am new to the baritone and I am considering purchasing one of the above. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and effort.

The Yani and the Yamaha are probably the top of the four you listed, and their price reflects it. Tonally, they are more balanced and classical, yet versatile at the same time. The Allora and ST90 are more 'student' horns, and make good marching horns, but are less-skillfully built, and will have problems that might require a tech's attention sooner than later. Above all, the horns listed are all very nice, and would make a good choice as a first step, but I would probably go with the Yani or the Yamaha out of pure preference. Also, I wouldn't buy new if I was to go for a higher priced horn if I were you. Search eBay for a while and find the going rate, and get a nice horn for about $1000-1500 of the price.
