I'm 17, and although I've studied classical flute for several years, I started studying jazz and the saxophone about a year ago. I've had lessons on-and-off, probably about four months' worth altogether. This clip is me playing Summertime with the Aebersold backing on soprano. This was the first and only take:

Here's a live recording from District jazz that I raved about so much:
This is a funk tune called "LeGrande Funk". I'm the last soloist at about 3:30. I only had one "Dukoff chirp" so to say, so ya'll can go hang me
Just listen to how tight us saxes were (remember, typical jazz format, alto 1, alto 2, tenor 1 ME, tenor 2, bari)  _________________ JP
