What's the longest time you've gone without practicing sax? For me, it was 3 weeks.

Two summers ago, I went a whole month without picking my sax up once. So, 4 weeks? Embarassed

Two days at most. A while ago I took 2 months off to just prioritise my life over summer break. Every night I would do my circle of 5ths and some rudimentary excersises in my head. When I came back I was playing better than ever though. Very odd.

Yeah, sometimes you need a break. There's more to life than saxophone. Of course, I wasn't playing seriously when I took that huge break, so that's different.

You've never played the saxophone? I've just went two weeks without playing my saxophone, I was gone playing soccer.
