I take lessons from Mr. John Olcese, high school band director at the Forest City HS, Forest City, Pennsylvania. I also am taking several clarinet/flute lessons from Mr. Charles Wilson JR, the high school band director at my HS; the Mountain View HS in Kingsley, Pennsylvania. These are only three lessons throughout the summer, but they sure are worth it :D

I take private lessons too. My teacher is a pro saxophonist, who plays in Italy and the US.

My teacher is Dr. William Street, of the University of Alberta. Here's a link to his bio - he's got quite a reputation! Cool

I've only ever taken private lessons, our school orchestra was same period as band, so that kinda stunk. But I played in jazz band at least, since that's before school.

I take lessons for saxophone and clarinet with the same teacher. I come in at 7:00, do a half hour clarinet, then a half hour sax. My teacher is a band director at a local middle school and has done many recordings and studio work. He also used to be a frequent "gigger" on sax, flute, and clarinet.

Cheers,
CR
