I love mountain Biking. Yes cycling IS a sport. Try telling Lance Armstrong that he is not an athlete Shocked

Long-distance cycling. It's one of the best steady workouts you can get, and you can do it nearly anywhere. Last vacation, I biked up and down the island we were staying on in about 2 1/2 hours. 15 miles each way. Once you hit that plain of cycling, you could really go all day. It's a cool feeling.

oooo looks like this forum was the right one to come into, i love sport, second to music of course and perhaps art and english but still, football, cricket(sometimes), long and short distance running, cycling, general atheletics (especially long jump(even though im tiny)), RUGBY, hate tennis though but i love yoga! YAY!!!
