Yes, I would say so. More than I do. Twice a day for me, at best. Sometimes, when I work a long day, I barely get to practice at all!

| I practice usually three times a day. Early in the morning before work I go into my custom-built practice room and practice for about 20 mins. At lunch break at work I go home and practice for 20 mins, and in the evening after work I practice for an hour and a half. |

I practice at least once a day and I try to make it possible to practice a half hour or an hour during my sessions. _________________ JP

During the summer I practice about 2-3 hours a day, in about 1-2 different times during the day. Keep in mind I play clarient also.
Cheers,

I practice 3 hrs and 30 mins. 1 and half hr for alto, 1 hr for tenor and 1 hr for soprano.
I usually practice alto right before I come back from skool. Then Tenor in evenings and soprano at nite. |

During the summer I usually practice about 3-4 hours on and off most days of the week.
During the school year, especially now that I am in college -- an hour and a half a day maybe. Every once in a while I don't practice at all (either because I am too tired or busy with school), but to substitute that, I usually have the headphones on listening to jazz, which I do all the time anyway.
On top of saxophone, I regularly practice piano (even more so now because I am taking jazz piano at my college). I try and fit in a half hour or so a day of that.
When you get older and have to deal with school/work (and especially for gigging musicians and proud parents), you have to start taking advantage of your practice time.
In addition to all the practicing, I have always been in some kind of band/group in or outside of school at any given time (except now). At one point in high school I was in 6 different groups (4 at school, 2 outside of school). _________________ Audio clips in link below-

Recently I've been changing a lot of stuff in my life, and I now have more time to practice, so it's now around 3 1/2 hours to 4 hours every day. _________________ Music IS Life
