I just got my Yani Elimona in yesterday, and it is the best alto sax I've ever had the pleasure of playing. It plays perfectly from top to bottom, with a rich, full sound. And the good thing is that it only cost $765!

| Cool. Never tried the vintage Yani's (not very common, as far as i can tell), but i've heard they play great. Congrats and good luck with your new horn!!! |

Thanks. I don't really consider my Yanagisawa too vintage, because it has most of the modern keywork and it was made in 1980. _________________

| I have an Elimona soprano and it is marked S990 and the SN indicates that it was made in 1992. |
