I wanted to discuss Garage bands, or Cover bands and the headaches that come with them. See if you have the same problems.
1. First off getting the right bunch of musicians together that have the talent and personalities that you want is almost impossible.
2. Once you have your band together you get to pick the best songs that the public will enjoy and of coarse the musicians favorite songs that they can show their stuff to
3. Female Singers... IM not going to even go there.
4. Replacing musicians is so time consuming that it seams like you will never be ready to promote your band because you are waiting for the new musicians to catch up, then hopefully you will have the chemistry that you need to stay together.
5. Having your own Equipment. My bands singers don't even have their own mics. I supply the mics and cords so after practice and gigs guess who has to stay and wrap everything up when everybody is headed home.
Thanks for letting me vent . If you want to ad to this feel free
