|
|
An adult beginner looking for "new" reasonable tenor saxophone to start with.
Need some analytical review (especially in the quality) comparing between the following options.
1. Selmer Aristocrat TS600 (by CONN-Selmer)
2. P.mauriat PMST-201
(I can get both saxophones from local shops with a very similar in price.)
Thank you in advance.

Hmm...tough call (since both are in the same price range).
I would go with the P. Mauriat based off of what I've heard _________________ JP

I'd agree- the Mauriat's the one. _________________ "Cease this infernal tootling!" Montgomery Burns. |

| My girlfriend and I play cannonball she saw P. Mauriat with the dark lacquer it looked nice we played nice too sounded good different but not better than the ball the engraving was scratched after the finishing and the burs left still sticking up would have def. got lint if you cleaned it with a cloth. The cannonball engrveing is laser and the finishes are plateing the cost is quite a bit less. I think you should, if posable try both before deciding. |
