I have been playing a tenor sax(Selmer super VI) on and off since 1998.
I want to learn a lot more about the tenor sax or any sax in general such as history, repair tips, playing tips, good music pieces, good place to go enjoying sax play etc..
I have another C-Melody saxophone which came to me by a friend who gave up on it. It is 1928 vintage and still plays very well. But it came without a mouth piece. So, I am using an alto sax mouth piece. Is there any C-Melody sax mouth piece specially designed for? If so, where can I buy it. Any information would be appreciated.
I live 20 miles west of Philly
Thanks.
Tsax

Tsax,
Are you in the Westchester area? Orrr? I was down by Millersville in November; I'm up in Northeast PA, so that was a good 3 hour drive, lol.
And welcome to FOTS! _________________ JP
